I am not currently credentialed with any insurance panels, though I am looking to change that in the future. For the time being, I am self-pay only and happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

A Superbill is a detailed invoice that a client can submit to their insurance for reimbursement if their provider is out of network. I am happy to provide you with a Superbill and help you understand that process to see if you can get reimbursed for part of the fee.

There are many reasons someone might prefer private pay over using insurance - confidentiality, expansion of qualified therapist options, less restrictions regarding treatment options and session limits, and more. Occasionally, it can even be cheaper if you have a high co-pay or deductible plan!
I know finances play a role in the decision-making process of what therapist is right for you. I will always be transparent and upfront about the cost of investment, and open to discussing any financial questions or concerns you might have.

You deserve to invest that time and money into yourself as well! I’d love to help you reach your mental health goals - the “payoff” so to speak, of the investment.
